API Reference
A public REST API is on our roadmap, but it isn't available yet. Here's where things stand and what's planned.
Current Status
Opendelphi does not currently offer a public API, API keys, or programmatic write access. All study design, Delphi facilitation, deployment, and data collection happens through the web application. We'd rather tell you that plainly than document endpoints that don't exist.
What You Can Do Today
Study data can be exported from the platform as CSV with full provenance (which instrument version, which consensus round, which institute). Instruments support REDCap data dictionary import and export, so you can move instrument definitions between Opendelphi and existing REDCap projects.
What's on the Roadmap
We're planning programmatic access for reading study metadata, instrument definitions, and de-identified response exports — with scoped keys and audit logging consistent with the rest of the platform. Webhooks for collection events are under consideration. No dates yet; we'll publish documentation here when it ships.
Tell Us What You Need
If programmatic access would unblock your team, email hello@opendelphi.org and describe your use case. Real integration needs from real research teams are what will prioritize this work.
