Multi-Institute Organizations

For research networks, health systems, and consortia that need consensus-driven data collection across many sites — with isolation and governance enforced in the database, not on a slide.

Security by Architecture

Every research data table is protected by row-level security scoped on three axes — organization, contributing institute, and Delphi panel. An institute can only read the rows it is entitled to, enforced in Postgres itself. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is recorded in append-only audit logs.

Compliance Posture

Opendelphi is built for HIPAA compliance: Business Associate Agreements are available for covered entities and required before PHI collection begins. We don't claim third-party certifications we don't hold — we document the actual safeguards (isolation, audit logging, de-identification on export, US data residency) so your security review can evaluate them directly.

Governance Gates for Multi-Site Studies

Institute onboarding enforces the agreements your governance requires: jurisdiction checks, IRB approval, and data use agreements gate collection per institute. Role-based access separates investigators, panelists, and institute staff, and electronic signing of DUAs is built into the platform.

Interoperability and Handoff

Instruments round-trip with REDCap data dictionaries, so consensus-built instruments can flow into existing REDCap deployments and back. De-identified study exports carry full provenance, and results can be handed off to ACIWriter for manuscript drafting.

Talk to Us

We're an early-stage platform working closely with each organization that deploys it. If you're evaluating Opendelphi for a research network or health system, email hello@opendelphi.org — you'll talk to the people who build it.
