Healthcare Research Solutions
Built for hospitals, research institutions, and public health organizations that need to converge on what to collect — and then collect it securely and compliantly.
Consensus Before Collection
Clinical research lives or dies on instrument quality. Opendelphi puts a structured Delphi process in front of data collection: AI drafts candidate instruments grounded in a corpus of validated research instruments with citation binding, and your expert panel converges on what actually gets collected — endpoints, measures, and item wording — before a single participant is enrolled.
Multi-Site Data Collection
Consensus instruments materialize into modular data-collection forms deployed across contributing institutes. Each institute collects through its own scoped access, with jurisdiction, IRB, and data-use-agreement gates enforced before collection can begin. Electronic consent flows are built in.
Built for HIPAA Compliance
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security isolates every record on three axes — organization, institute, and panel — and access is recorded in append-only audit logs. Business Associate Agreements are available for covered entities and must be in place before PHI collection begins. We describe our actual safeguards rather than claiming certifications.
Provenance You Can Defend
Every deployed instrument carries a full provenance trail: which validated instruments grounded each item, which Delphi round produced consensus, and which version each institute deployed. Exports are de-identified and carry that provenance with them, so downstream analysis and publication can trace every column to its source.
